PLAYGROUND BUILD A collaborative effort in partnership with Mural Arts Philadelphia, the Eagles Playground Build brings together the entire organization for an annual day of community service, where a local schoolyard is transformed into a beautiful, inclusive space for current and future students. The mission of the Eagles Playground Build is to create safe and supportive environments for children to play, learn, and dream through the revitalization of Philadelphia schoolyards. Enhancements to the schoolyards have included vibrant murals and mosaics, new benches and tables, colorful gardens, all-inclusive play structures, and a mini-sized Eagles turf field. This year marked the 26th Eagles Playground Build and took place at Henry W. Lawton Elementary School in Northeast Philadelphia.
