2022-2023 Eagles Impact Report

EAGLES SENSORY ROOM

As part of an ongoing commitment to provide an inclusive and accommodating experience at Lincoln Financial Field, the Eagles became one of the first sports franchises in the country to build a state-of-the-art sensory room in their home venue. In 2019, Lincoln Financial Field was certified as a sensory-inclusive stadium by KultureCity, a leading nonprofit recognized for using its resources to revolutionize and effect change in the community for those with sensory needs. The Eagles Sensory Room presented by Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is a 500-square-foot space that has been carefully designed by top medical professionals to ensure a quieter and more secure environment for guests with sensory challenges. The Eagles worked with KultureCity to transform the Super Bowl LVII experience into a sensory-friendly event for guests. Built in just two weeks, State Farm Stadium’s sensory room is now a permanent structure in the facility and was the first space of its kind to be offered at a Super Bowl venue. This commitment to inclusivity has inspired others to take action as well, with 17 NFL stadiums now offering a sensory room to guests.
